|After Mayuko Hagiwara for 2018, another athlete from Japan will race for Alè - Cipollini: Eri Yonamine, National Champion, has signed for the 2019 season with the #YellowFluoOrange team, coming from Wiggle - High5.
Born on 25th April 1991, Eri is an Elite rider since 2016, after a glorious past in the Mountain Bike, where she won National titles. As road cyclist in the highest category she started with the American Team Hagens-Berman until August 2016, then she moved to the French squad FDJ, with who took her first wins. She is the Japanese Champion of the Road race since 2016 and in the Individual Time Trial since 2015, she raced in the Olympic Games Rio 2016 and last week she took part in the Road World Championships in Innsbruck (Austria) in the ITT and the Road Race. Her best international result is the Silver Medal in the ITT at the Asian Games that took place in Indonesia on the 24th August.
