The #YellowFluoOrange team is leaving to the Basque Country, Spain, after more than a week of training, for the next appointments. The Durango - Durango Emakumeen Saria is a one-day race of 113 kms planned for Thursday, 17th May, with hills and mountains like Miota Gaina (to be climbed 5 times) and the Alto de Goiuria in the final two laps.

Five athletes have been selected by the Team Manager Fortunato Lacquaniti: the local favorite Ane Santesteban Gonzalez together with the Dutch Janneke Ensing and Roxane Knetemann, the Italian Anna Trevisi and Mayuko Hagiwara from Japan.

“The physical condition will be important in Durango, the route is hard and the various kilometers on the climbs need a lot of caution. That is fundamental as well for the Emakumeen Bira Stage Race, which is in the Women’s World Tour since this year” - declared the Team Manager Fortunato Lacquaniti.
