The #YellowFluoOrange Squad is back to Europe after the Chinese transfer and it’s now ready to take part at the English race tomorrow and Friday. The Tour de Yorkshire 2018 is divided in two stages: the first is the Beverley - Doncaster (132.5 kms) for the “fast wheels”, followed by the tougher second and last (Barnsley - Ilkley, 128 km) with uphill finish, a climb of 1.8 kms with average 8.2% slopes, anticipated by the Cote Old Pool Bank, 1 km at 10% average, just 17 kms from the finish.

The Team Manager Fortunato Lacquaniti has selected for the Tour de Yorkshire the Italian Marta Bastianelli, already winner in 5 races this year, the GP Le Samyn des Dames Champion Janneke Ensing, her compatriot Roxane Knetemann, the Japanese Mayuko Hagiwara, the Belgian Anisha Vekemans and the Spanish Ane Santesteban Gonzalez.

Fortunato Lacquaniti declared the day before the start: “Yorkshire has a very tricky and insidious land but we all know that the crowd is always huge and very passionate. The support of the English people will be importand and the team is ready to give the best to take the most important result.”
