THE TEAM ALE' - CIPOLLINI IS RACING IN DRENTHE
The first Dutch weekend of races is going to start tomorrow and it ends with the the Ronde van Drenthe, second stage of the Women’s World Tour 2018. Chloe Hosking, who already won two races in January in Australia, arrives at the Drentse 8 van Dwingeloo as last winner one year ago and composes the line-up with Marta Bastianelli, Janneke Ensing, Romy Kasper, Anna Trevisi and Roxane Knetemann, who is back to race after her crash and collarbone injury in Australia.
The route of the Drentse 8 van Dwingeloo (or van Westerveld) has a length of 141.7 km with different circuits. The start and the finish are in the small village of Dwingeloo.
Fortunato Lacquaniti declared: “We fight for the best result in every race. The Netherlands has usually given big satisfactions and we want to repeat once again. The five races we won are a big prey, let’s make it richer!”
The Team Alé - Cipollini supports the International Women’s Day today: The #YellowFluoOrange Team and the Bardiani - CSF are racing with a special purple glove since the recent Strade Bianche until the next weekend. The glove is available on the website of Alé - Cycling.
