|The Women’s World Tour is back on Sunday 15th April with one of the most prestigious northern Classic Races, the opener of the “Ardennes Tryptic”, which will continue on Wednesday 18th with the Fleche Wallonne and ends on Sunday 22nd with the Liege - Bastogne - Liege. The Women’s Amstel Gold Race is at its second edition and it will start from the famous Market Square of Maastrichtto end in Berg en Terblijt, just after climbing the famous Cauberg(800 m with a maximal slope 12%) in a final circuit including as well Geulhemmerberg and Bemelerberg (17 climbs overall are in the race), and the total length is of 116.9 kms
The Alè - Cipollini Team arrive to the Netherlands with high mood since the very recent victories in Belgium and the athletes participating are the two Dutch Janneke Ensing and Roxane Knetemann, the Italians Soraya Paladin and Anna Trevisi, the Spanish Ane Santesteban Gonzalez and the Japanese Mayuko Hagiwara.
